As the Paid Social and Influencer Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to shape social and influencer strategies across the EU.
  • Managing freelancers to source influencers and content for local markets.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and optimizing social channel performance.
  • Enhancing social strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to boost engagement and sales.
  • Expanding influencer outreach to grow brand awareness and profitability.
  • Improving reporting and insights for social marketing.
  • Developing strategies to engage and convert online communities into customers.
  • Supporting omnichannel marketing efforts and achieving trade targets.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and changes.

You should be self-driven with a strong understanding of using social media to boost e-commerce. Experience working with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is required, along with experience in EU campaigns and social ads across major platforms. You should be skilled in at least one European language and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Leadership potential and thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are essential. Video content experience is a bonus.
