Paid Media Strategist – London (Hybrid)
A leading recruitment marketing agency is hiring a Digital Media Strategist to plan, activate and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy and hands‑on activation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic.
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Old Street)
Salary: up to ÂŁ55k.
The Role
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across key digital channels
- Build media plans, forecasts and budgets
- Activate, optimise and QA campaigns directly in-platform
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
- Present strategies and results to clients
- Test new platforms, formats and optimisation approaches
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams
About You
- Hands‑on experience across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Strong Excel skills and confidence building plans and forecasts
- Understanding of tracking, measurement and GA4
- Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
