Overview
An exciting organisation in Preston is looking for an Office Manager / Office Support to join on a 3-month contract, with the potential to go permanent.

The Job
-
Managing day-to-day running of the office, including answering calls, doors, and visitors
-
Handling office supplies, ordering and stock management
-
Supporting document imaging and workflow systems for admin tasks

Scanning, saving, and destroying archived documentation
-
Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting team logistics

Supporting PA and management team as needed

Helping with inductions of new starters

Liaising with stakeholders, managing agents, and Safety team when required

Assisting with issuing internal team communications
You

Previous office support / logistics experience in a fast-paced environment

Confident telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple conflicting tasks calmly

Comfortable identifying and driving improvements to processes
