We're working with a fast-growing global creator marketing agency that is expanding its UK presence and looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join its London team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in marketing, social media or content who wants to work in a fast-paced agency environment and see the direct impact of their work as a brand grows.

The role

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring the agency's content and marketing activity to life across social media, video, community and events.
  • You’ll be responsible for:
    • Creating short-form video, reels, carousels, static posts, stories and social copy
    • Managing day-to-day activity across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
    • Helping launch and grow the agency's TikTok presence
    • Repurposing creator campaign content into engaging social proof
    • Supporting SEO blogs, newsletters and email marketing
    • Engaging with brands, creators and industry voices online
    • Supporting the planning, delivery and promotion of events
    • Producing monthly social performance reports and identifying opportunities to improve
    • Keeping up with trends across social media, content and creator marketing

About you

  • You'll be someone who is:
    • Experienced in marketing, content or social media, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
    • Confident creating engaging short-form video and visual content
    • Comfortable using platforms such as Canva, CapCut and social scheduling tools
    • A strong writer with an instinct for channel-appropriate content
    • Community-focused and genuinely interested in building relationships online
    • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Curious about how marketing contributes to commercial growth
    • Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
