I'm working with an award-winning B2B marketing agency that is continuing to invest heavily in its paid media offering.

As part of their growth, they're looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join the team and take ownership of paid social campaigns for globally recognised B2B brands.

This isn't a role focused purely on execution.

With AI transforming campaign management, the business is looking for someone who can think strategically, uncover insights and help shape smarter ways of working across paid social.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning, activating and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms including Linked In, Meta and Reddit.

Working closely with strategy, analytics and media teams, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns that generate measurable commercial impact.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore emerging AI tools and contribute to how technology is integrated into the wider media function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Linked In, Meta and Reddit
  • Build audience strategies using behavioural, intent and ABM targeting approaches
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Deliver testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion performance
  • Translate campaign data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Work closely with wider media, analytics and strategy teams
  • Support budget management, pacing and financial reconciliation
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and innovative campaign approaches

About You

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in paid social, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Linked In Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing campaigns focused on lead generation, demand generation or B2B marketing objectives
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and making data‑led decisions
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills
  • Naturally curious about AI and emerging media technology
  • Proactive, commercially minded and eager to challenge the status quo
