We're looking for a Senior Designer / Editor to join a growing creative team delivering high-impact campaigns across digital, social and integrated communications. The Role
You'll play a key role in creating engaging, impactful content that brings campaigns to life across multiple digital channels. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll be involved in the creative process from concept through to final delivery, producing work that resonates with audiences and delivers real impact. Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality video content, graphic design, motion graphics and digital assets
- Take projects from concept through to final execution with exceptional attention to detail

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in a senior creative, designer or editor role
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, video editing and motion graphics work
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for detail
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of digital content, social media platforms and audience behaviour
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with creative execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience within advocacy, public affairs, political campaigns, government or crisis communications
- Experience working on high-profile or high-stakes campaigns
- Knowledge of web design or web development
