We are partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking technology business that is transforming how organisations deliver mentoring, coaching, and development programmes through intelligent, scalable solutions. They are looking to appoint a Sales Development Manager to drive pipeline growth, lead consultative discussions with senior stakeholders, and convert high-quality prospects into long-term clients. This is a pivotal commercial role, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, with strong exposure to the wider leadership team.

Experience & Skills Required
Essential:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing pipeline and sales activity within a CRM system
Desirable:
- Experience within a start-up, SaaS, or technology-driven environment
- Background in AI, HR tech, or learning & development technology
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
