Revenue Operations Manager opportunity with a high-growth Saa S business is looking for a commercially minded operations professional to help scale its customer and partner functions through better systems, reporting, automation and insight.
- Based in Hybrid (Horsham / London)
- 1-2 days a week in the office
- 9 months initially
- Start date: ASAP
- £50k - £60k DOE plus Benefits
- The Job
- Owning and optimising customer and partner management platforms to improve data quality, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Building a single source of truth across customer, partner and commercial data.
- Creating dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of revenue performance, growth opportunities and customer risk.
- Identifying areas where automation can improve workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Supporting forecasting, capacity planning and performance reporting across customer success and partner teams.
- Connecting fragmented data sources to provide a complete view of the customer and revenue journey.
- Using data to identify churn risks, expansion opportunities and commercial optimisation opportunities.
- Acting as a key business partner to Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Product and Marketing teams.
- You
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or Growth Operations within a Saa S business.
- Experience helping businesses scale from start-up to scale-up.
- Strong Hub Spot knowledge.
- Experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics including retention, churn and expansion.
- Experience connecting systems and bringing together commercial data from multiple sources.
- A process improvement mindset with experience building automations and scalable workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in high-growth Saa S, SME or scale-up environments.
