As Retail Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing retail media strategies across Amazon Advertising and other key retail platforms. You'll work closely with clients, helping them navigate an increasingly complex commerce landscape while driving performance through data‑led decision making.
The Role

- Leading the planning, activation and optimisation of retail media campaigns across Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Advising clients on growth opportunities and retail media best practices
- Managing campaign performance against agreed KPIs and budgets
- Delivering insightful reporting and post‑campaign analysis
- Identifying optimisation opportunities through testing, audience analysis and performance data
- Providing strategic recommendations based on category trends, market dynamics and campaign learnings
- Ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and measurement across campaigns
- Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Acting as a trusted retail media expert for clients and internal stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong retail media knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years’ experience in retail media, digital activation, performance marketing or eCommerce media
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Advertising products, including Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Strong understanding of digital media planning, budgeting and campaign optimisation
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting performance insights
- A data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to translate complex performance data into clear commercial recommendations
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and genuine passion for digital commerce
