About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to support influencer campaigns and partnerships for an international luxury brand, working within a global agency environment. Based in the UK, this role will play a key part in delivering influencer-led strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across priority markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in developing and executing influencer campaigns across priority markets.
- Identify, research, and recruit influencers (macro, mid-tier, and micro) aligned to brand values and cultural relevance.
- Manage day-to-day influencer communications, from outreach and briefing through to content delivery, feedback, and approvals.
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and content trackers to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
- Support campaign execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and smooth delivery.
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking, collecting data and analysing metrics including reach, engagement, sentiment, and earned media value.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates alongside senior team members, summarising insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, paid media, and strategy teams to ensure influencer activity supports wider social and brand initiatives.
- Stay up to date with social trends, emerging creators, and platform developments, particularly within luxury, fashion, and jewellery.
- Support additional influencer projects and new business pitches as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital content (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Hands-on experience supporting influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, and content tracking.
- Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
- Familiarity with both paid and organic influencer activity and working alongside paid media teams.
- Experience working with creators across micro to mid-tier levels.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience using influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, or similar.
- Basic understanding of influencer metrics including ER%, CPM, EMV, and sentiment analysis.
- Confident supporting performance reporting and summarising insights for internal teams and clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
