I'm looking for a brilliant Self-Shooting Creator to join a creative agency and create premium, social-first content with a strong creator mindset.

The Role

You'll be responsible for shooting, editing and bringing social content to life, with a strong focus on storytelling, quality and platform-native creative.

What We're Looking For

  • Midweight experience within a creative agency, social agency or digital publishing environment
  • Strong self-shooting and editing skills, with a confident eye for composition, pacing and storytelling
  • Experience creating premium social-first content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of social trends, formats and audience behaviour
  • A natural creator mindset, with the ability to develop ideas and turn them into engaging content quickly
  • Comfortable owning content end-to-end, from concept and shooting through to editing and delivery
  • Social / digital publishing experience is essential
  • Confident working at pace in a collaborative agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first video and storytelling
