The Role

We're looking for a Creator Executive to own and deliver influencer campaigns for our customers. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you'll be responsible for campaign execution and performance, while leveraging AI-powered tools to work more efficiently and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working alongside AI systems, understands how to utilise automation effectively, and can balance technology with human creativity, judgement, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for a range of customers
  • Source, evaluate, and manage creators across social media platforms
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to support campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation
  • Make informed decisions on when to leverage automation and when hands‑on management is required
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against key objectives and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and operational efficiency as the business scales

Requirements

  • Previous experience working on influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong drive to succeed and deliver results
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and technology in day-to-day workflows
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in influencer marketing within an agency, platform, or in‑house environment
  • Strong understanding of creator economy trends and influencer marketing best practices
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or agency environment
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance measurement
