Introduction
I am hiring a Senior CRM Manager for a leading FinTech payments business. This is a full-time contract for 6 months, hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.
The Role
This is a hands-on delivery role to stabilise, execute, and optimise CRM activity across lifecycle, campaign, and automated communications. You will lead day to day execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, owning build through QA to launch, and driving performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Execute CRM strategy through Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver exceptional customer journeys and growth
- Own day to day SFMC campaign delivery, build, QA, launch, and optimisation
- Manage journeys, automations, triggered communications, and segmentation
- Monitor performance, run testing, and translate insights into improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and compliance to keep delivery moving
