You'll take ownership of biddable activity across Paid Search and Paid Social, driving performance, shaping strategy and mentoring junior talent.

The Role

You'll sit at the heart of a growing biddable team, leading the day-to-day delivery of multi-channel campaigns while acting as a trusted expert internally and with clients. This is a hands-on role with real scope to influence - ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery and optimisation of Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
  • Act as the go-to specialist across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok
  • Lead on campaign strategy, planning and performance analysis
  • Deliver insightful reporting and present results to clients with clear recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships and confidently guide them on digital strategy
  • Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality output
  • Contribute to testing plans, innovation and new ways of driving performance

What We're Looking For

This role would suit an ambitious Account Manager ready to step up their influence within a fast-paced performance environment. You’ll bring:
