BI & Data Solutions Manager wanted for a fast-growing digital performance marketing business operating at the intersection of data, media and client strategy. We are partnered with a rapidly scaling, data-driven agency group who are looking to hire a BI & Data Solutions Manager to take ownership of its marketing data infrastructure, reporting layer, and performance insight capability. The business works with major advertisers and media teams to deliver high-performance campaigns across digital channels, with a strong focus on turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable insight.

This is a hands‑on role sitting within the Business Intelligence function, responsible for building scalable data models, robust reporting systems, and insight‑driven dashboards used across internal teams and client‑facing work. The role is London‑based with a flexible hybrid setup.

The Role

  • Design, build and maintain SQL‑based data pipelines in BigQuery to consolidate marketing and platform data
  • Develop scalable data models (e.g. star schemas and semantic layers) to support reporting and analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Data Studio for campaign and business performance
  • Partner with media, strategy and account teams to deliver insight on performance, audiences and channels
  • Define data standards, ensure data quality, and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes

Your Qualifications

  • Have experience in a BI, Data Analyst or Data Engineering role within a digital or marketing environment
  • Are highly skilled in SQL and experienced working with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Have experience building dashboards in tools such as Data Studio and/or Tableau
  • Understand marketing data and key performance metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, CTR, attribution concepts)
  • Can translate business questions into structured data solutions and actionable insight
