Assistant Finance Manager (Korean speaking) | Global Advertising & Marketing Group | £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits | Central London
An Assistant Finance Manager (Korean speaking) is required to join a global advertising and marketing group on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent. This opportunity has arisen due to increased reporting and consolidation requirements across the business, following continued growth across EMEA.
Reporting into the regional finance leadership team, this high-visibility role will combine commercial and technical finance responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on reporting, forecasting, and process optimisation. It’s a great opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented finance professional looking to step into a regional role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities in the EMEA region
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and internal standards
- Deliver commercial insights around client performance, chargeability, and agency profitability
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across the group
- Drive a timely and accurate month-end close process
- Follow up on balance sheet actions from monthly reviews, resolving reconciling items
- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting, consolidation, and system usage
Requirements:
- Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar reporting tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to improve processes and reporting efficiency
- Experience in the media, advertising, or marketing sectors is desirable
