Proactively manage a portfolio of client affiliate programmes, ensuring ongoing performance to target metrics.

Manage and build relationships with existing affiliates.

Grow client programmes to include new tactics, offers, and recruitment strategies.

Monitor performance of the programme to ensure KPIs are met.

Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email.

Develop an awareness of key affiliate industry issues and an appreciation of their influence on the development, management, and strategy for an affiliate programme.

Deliver first-class client service.

Team Management

You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within an agency and/or network.
  • A passion for affiliates and an understanding of the marketplace.
  • Management experience.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pre-empt problems, show initiative, and be proactive.
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
