An Accounts Payable Manager is required to work for a much-loved retail brand based in West London, with the expectation of three days in the office with flexibility. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for a business investing heavily in its future including store expansion and process improvements. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will lead a small team operating across both stock and non-stock AP activity and driving automation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end invoice processing for both stock and non-stock suppliers
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team
- Setting clear KPIs and managing workload and capacity planning
- Managing the weekly supplier payments
