Role Overview
- Winning new business from existing Sphere accounts and new accounts within the Creative & Design space
- Taking ownership of long-standing customers, nurturing and developing these
- Leading from the front with fees and with scope to play a leading role in our team and wider business
- Becoming part of a winning team and helping to build on a brilliant team culture, working with your team and teams across our business in the UK, Europe, and the US office
About You
- Solid recruitment experience within the Creative & Design space recognised through personal billings, understanding of the market and a strong network within this space
- Experience of managing external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider Sphere team
