A leading integrated agency is looking for a strong Influencer Account Director to join on a minimum 2-month FTC, starting ASAP ahead of upcoming team leave. This is a hands-on AD role - we’re looking for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into delivery, not someone operating purely at a strategic oversight level.
The Role
- You will step into key brand accounts and support on major upcoming campaigns, particularly around high-profile cultural and sporting moments.
- There is a strong pipeline of activity across global FMCG and lifestyle brands, with campaign work building towards the World Cup and other major brand moments.
- You’ll be:
- Leading end-to-end influencer campaigns across strategy, briefing, talent selection, contracting, delivery and reporting
- Acting as a senior client lead, managing relationships confidently and proactively
- Overseeing budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams
- Supporting global market coordination and multi-region content rollouts
- Providing an experienced extra pair of hands to a busy, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong influencer marketing background (agency-side essential)
- Proven experience at Account Director level
- Minimum 3 years working on global brands / multi-market campaigns
- Experience across major, household-name brands (FMCG, lifestyle or sport preferred)
- Comfortable being hands-on and delivery-focused
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management
This role requires someone able to start immediately and work hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
