The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Team Manager to lead, mentor, and support a team of SDRs in driving pipeline growth and hitting targets. You will play a key part in ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed, all while fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing SDR team to achieve pipeline growth and exceed targets.
- Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and best practices to ensure the team works efficiently and effectively.
- Build and manage a strong business pipeline, working with the SDR team to identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for the sales team to close.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to execute sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance, tracking key metrics such as pipeline volume, conversion rates, and revenue, providing ongoing feedback to drive improvement.
- Coach and develop the team, conducting regular performance reviews and offering guidance to ensure continuous growth.
