An SME, high-growth consumer brand, is looking for an Interim Senior Finance Manager. The business operates both ecom and wholesale channels and has experienced significant growth in the past few years.

3-6 months initially

Start date: ASAP

Day rate: Up to £425pd Outside IR35

Location: 2 days a month in New Forest, the rest remote

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be supporting the business implement more robust financial controls to support with their growth as well as driving revenue through FP&A duties.

  • Leading on month-end and year-end duties
  • Implementing more robust financial controls to support with the brand's growth
  • Owning budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
  • Managing VAT returns
  • Embedding clear FP&A structures, processes and cadences
  • Delivering forward-looking insight on revenue, margin, stock and cost drivers
  • Partnering closely with Trading and Merchandising teams to support commercial decision-making
  • Supporting stock and financial planning, including markdown risk and working capital impact

You:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Previous experience leading both year-end and month-end
  • Strong hands-on FP&A or commercial finance experience
  • Experience within retail, DTC, ecommerce or stock-based environments
