9-Month Maternity Cover Programmatic Account Manager Media Agency £45,000 FTC 1-2 Days per Week in London Bridge

I am currently supporting a leading media agency looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join its team on a nine month fixed term contract, running until the end of May 2027. You will take ownership of end-to-end programmatic campaign management for a portfolio of high-profile clients, while also managing and supporting an offshore activation team. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the agency's London Bridge office one to two days per week.

The Job

  • Lead the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns, from planning and activation through to optimisation, reporting and analysis.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders across all programmatic activity.
  • Manage and support an offshore programmatic team, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
  • Strategically plan and buy large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Manage campaign budgets, performance targets and pacing.
  • Produce campaign reports, insights and recommendations.
  • Drive programmatic best practice and improve internal processes.
  • Work closely with wider planning, client leadership and activation teams.

You

  • Ideally four or more years of programmatic experience within a media agency.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns from initial briefing through to final reporting.
  • Previous experience managing or overseeing offshore activation teams would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with high-profile or high-spending clients.
  • Confident communicating with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Candidates must be available to start immediately or within a maximum of one month's notice.
