We're looking for an
Editorial Social Creative to join a creative agency on an upcoming project.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong editorial eye and social-first creative approach , who understands how to turn culture, trends and stories into engaging content for social platforms.
The Role
- Develop editorial-led social concepts and content ideas across Tik Tok, Instagram and other platforms.
- Take stories, cultural moments and wider campaign ideas and translate them into engaging social-first content .
- Develop creative formats and recurring content series that feel native to each platform.
- Work closely with creative, strategy and editorial teams to develop ideas from brief through to delivery.
- Bring a strong point of view on culture, trends, internet behaviour and social storytelling .
- Develop hooks, narratives and concepts that capture attention and encourage engagement.
- Adapt editorial thinking into content that feels relevant, current and commercially effective.
- Contribute to brainstorms, pitches and wider creative campaigns.
- Present and articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an
Editorial Creative, Social Creative, Content Creative or similar within an agency, publisher or media environment.
- Strong editorial judgement and a genuine understanding of culture and social trends.
- Excellent conceptual and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and other social platforms.
- Ability to turn a story or idea into content that works in-feed , rather than simply repurposing traditional creative.
- Strong understanding of audience behaviour and what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Confident working at pace across multiple briefs.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial, social-first and culturally relevant creative .
This is an ideas and creative role, so shooting and editing experience is not essential.
