Brand Partnerships Director - Video, Entertainment & Sports Media - Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
My client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial media business operating at the intersection of premium digital content, sport and entertainment.
Working with leading content creators, rights holders and media properties, they develop and commercialise premium long-form digital content, creating innovative sponsorship and partnership opportunities for some of the world's biggest brands and agencies.
As the business continues to expand, they're looking to appoint an experienced Brand Partnerships Director to lead commercial partnerships across an exciting portfolio of premium digital content and intellectual property.
This is a genuine opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape the commercial direction of the business whilst building long-term relationships with some of the UK's leading advertisers and media agencies.
- The Job
- Take ownership of developing and growing brand partnership revenue across a portfolio of premium digital content and media properties.
- Build strategic relationships with media agencies, advertisers and brand partners across the UK market.
- Drive new business whilst also nurturing and expanding long-term commercial partnerships.
- Develop creative sponsorship packages and integrated commercial propositions tailored to client objectives.
- Lead commercial conversations from initial outreach through to negotiation, campaign delivery and ongoing account growth.
- Work closely with content, production and commercial teams to create innovative partnership opportunities.
- Represent the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.
- Help shape future commercial products, pricing and go-to-market strategy as the business continues to grow.
- You
- MUST HAVE - Proven success in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales or Content Media Sales within sport, entertainment or premium digital media.
- MUST HAVE - Strong existing relationships across UK media agencies and advertisers.
- MUST HAVE - Experience selling creative sponsorships, branded content or integrated media partnerships.
- A consultative commercial approach with the ability to build bespoke partnership solutions rather than simply sell standard media inventory.
- Comfortable developing new business whilst also growing existing commercial relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially curious and excited by the opportunity to influence a growing business.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the business externally.
- Experience within premium digital content, You Tube, podcasting or creator-led media would be highly advantageous but isn't essential.
