Our client is a leading supplier of precast concrete products in the construction and agricultural market. They provide a full-service solution across Design, Supply & Installation. With a strong industry reputation, they are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team.
Role Overview
This is a customer-facing role requiring a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work from CAD software and technical drawings. As an Estimator you will be responsible for managing document control, producing accurate take-offs, and assisting in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with customers to understand project requirements
- Working with CAD software to interpret and analyse technical drawings
- Using Blu Beam take-offs and preparing accurate BoQs
- Managing and maintaining document control processes
- Providing cost estimates for precast concrete products across various projects
- Collaborating with internal teams, including design and project management, to ensure accurate pricing.
