The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Manager to lead, optimise, and shape the data processes focused on customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer databases and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Oversee data platforms and feeds to ensure seamless integration and reliability.
- Leverage first-party data for marketing insights and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the Platform Product Lead on data acquisition strategies and ensure data accessibility.
- Explore AI and machine learning opportunities to personalise and optimise CRM efforts.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track CRM performance and KPIs.
- Automate reporting to support campaign analysis, segment value growth, and loyalty insights.
About You
- Proven experience in a database management or data role within a consumer brand, ideally in FMCG, alcohol, or high-growth environments.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills - confident in sharing insights and updates across stakeholders.
