We are looking for a highly experienced Social & Influencer Strategist to work across a varied portfolio of clients, spanning consumer, lifestyle, FMCG, tech and culture-led brands. This role sits at the strategic heart of the agency, shaping social-first and influencer-led thinking across always-on, campaign and launch activity. You will translate cultural insight, platform behaviour and audience understanding into clear, actionable strategies that teams can execute against.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social and influencer strategy across multiple clients and categories
- Develop social-first and influencer-led strategic frameworks, channel plans and audience approaches
- Shape influencer strategy including creator role definition, platform mix and content direction
- Turn cultural, platform and audience insight into clear creative and content recommendations
- Partner closely with creative, social, influencer and account teams to brief and guide execution
- Support new business and pitch work with strategic thinking and presentation development
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks, ensuring strategies are insight-led and results-driven
Required Experience
- Proven experience in a Social Strategist, Influencer Strategist or Social & Influencer Strategy role, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong track record delivering strategy across multiple clients and categories
- Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms) and creator ecosystems
- Confident working across both brand and performance-led social and influencer activity
- Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working on global or multi-market accounts
- Strong understanding of paid social, amplification and creator-led distribution
- Experience shaping influencer strategy for regulated or high-volume brands
