Role Overview

  • Recruit freelance talent across creative and design, from graphic and motion designers to art directors, brand designers, and social creatives.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from taking the job brief, to sourcing, managing interviews, and offers.
  • Work with pace and efficiency to deliver on short-term and high-volume briefs.
  • Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships in the creative industry, with new and existing clients.
  • Support the growth of the Creative & Design desk, contributing to a high-energy, successful team.

About You

  • A proven sales-driven mindset – motivated by targets, commissions, and results.
  • Strong relationship builder who thrives in a business development environment and enjoys winning new clients.
  • Energetic, vibrant, and social, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communicator who can quickly establish rapport and influence both clients and candidates.
  • Prior sales experience (B2B, telesales, door-to-door, or similar) is highly desirable; recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential. A creative background or genuine passion for the industry is a huge plus too!
