EA / Office Manager – Freelance (4 Days/Week
One of my absolute favourite clients is on the lookout for a brilliant EA / Office Manager to join their team on a short-term freelance basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a lovely, creative company that values energy, organisation and a proactive attitude.
Location: On-site (London)
Start Date: 11th August
Duration: 4 weeks
Days: 4 days per week
Day Rate: TBC (Outside IR35)
The Role
- Providing high-level executive support to senior leadership, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, and travel booking
- Acting as the go-to person for smooth day-to-day office operations
- Managing suppliers, office supplies, and ensuring a well-run, welcoming workspace
- Supporting with ad hoc admin and operational tasks as needed
- Helping coordinate internal meetings, team events and occasional hospitality

- Is a seasoned EA or Office Manager, confident juggling multiple tasks
- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Has top-notch organisational and communication skills
- Can hit the ground running and work autonomously
- Is available to start 11th August and commit for 4 weeks
