Location: 2 days a week in Boots office in Nottingham or London based, 2 days in SMG office.

Salary: From £39,000 + 10% discretionary bonus.

About the role:

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Agency team at Boots Media Group. You will build and grow Boots Media Group's agency partnerships, turning briefs into standout media campaigns while driving commercial growth.

What you'll do:

  • Build trusted relationships with media agencies, planning teams, and agency-led brand partners.
  • Lead agency briefs end-to-end, from initial enquiry and strategic recommendation through to activation and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Develop and present compelling media recommendations that align with agency objectives and Boots Media Group's capabilities.
  • Collaborate across Client, Campaign, Planning, and Insight teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Own the commercial performance of your portfolio, managing opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline.
  • Champion Boots Media Group within the agency community, showcasing our media proposition and campaign performance.
