The Opportunity
An award-winning, culture-led creative agency is looking for a Social Strategist to help shape social-first campaigns for a portfolio of leading brands. This is a strategic role focused on uncovering audience insights, identifying cultural opportunities, and developing social strategies that drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading social strategy from insight and research through to platform, content and campaign recommendations.
- Developing social-first thinking across content, creator, paid and earned channels.
- Turning audience, social listening and cultural insights into clear strategic direction and creative briefs.
- Partnering closely with creative teams to develop standout work that cuts through in-feed.
- Building measurement frameworks and evaluating performance to optimise future activity.
- Presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and supporting new business pitches.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the strategy function.
What They're Looking For
- Proven social strategy experience within an agency environment.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, communities, creators and emerging trends.
- Strong research and insight skills across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Experience developing integrated social strategies across paid, owned, earned and influencer activity.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for culture, digital behaviour and the evolving social landscape.
