An exciting consumer goods business is looking for a Category Insights Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering category insights, reporting and commercial recommendations that drive decision making and support growth.

Hybrid working 2 days a week in the office. 12-month fixed-term contract. Start date: ASAP. Salary: £50,000 - £65,000.

The Job:

  • Leading category reporting, analysis and insight generation across the business.
  • Turning shopper, sales and market data into actionable recommendations that support business growth.
  • Managing dashboards, reporting processes and performance tracking.
  • Identifying opportunities through promotional and NPD performance analysis.
  • Working with third-party data and research providers to ensure high-quality insights.
  • Supporting reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as a key contact for category and insight requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Presenting clear recommendations that influence commercial decision making.

You:

  • Strong Dunnhumby experience is essential.
  • Category management and insights experience within FMCG, retail or similar sectors.
