An exciting opportunity with a leading media and insights organisation is available, supporting a major retail client.

Based in Leeds, 2-3 days a week in the office. Permanent role. Start date: ASAP. Up to £40k per annum.

The Job

As the Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Extracting, querying, and transforming data from warehouse environments using SQL
  • Ensuring consistent, accurate data feeds across campaign reporting and evaluation
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including KPI development (ROI, conversion rates) using DAX
  • Preparing clean, structured datasets for analysis by the Insights team
  • Supporting campaign measurement across digital, ecommerce, and marketing channels
  • Translating business questions into data outputs and actionable reporting
  • Owning campaign trackers and ensuring all required inputs (e.g. booking and tracking data) are in place
  • Acting as the link between Insights and Data Engineering teams, flagging and resolving data issues
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams

You

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, join, and manipulate datasets independently
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar dashboarding tools)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data gaps and inconsistencies
  • Confident communicator able to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Experience in campaign marketing, ecommerce, or campaign measurement is advantageous
  • Retail or agency experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
