The Job
- Lead the agency's multi-platform performance media strategy by sharing updates in company meetings, creating case studies, and leveraging other relevant opportunities.
- Define and refine the agency's comprehensive performance media offering, leading the development of a cohesive approach while collaborating with the digital strategy team and activation leads.
- Partner with activation leads to uncover new media opportunities that deliver measurable performance results through addressable activations and closed-loop measurement.
- Support BC planning teams in identifying performance opportunities for clients by leveraging holistic measurement and advanced ad-tech solutions.
- Create innovative forecasting methods for holistic performance media outcomes across various channels and walled gardens, enabling planners and specialists to evaluate and test diverse media mixes.
- Integrate PPC, SEO, Retail Media, Social, and Programmatic performance strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional performance through insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and flawless execution.
- Proficient in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with essential experience in SA360 platforms and a strong grasp of automated bidding strategies.
