A fast-growing global business is looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join their expanding marketing team as they significantly increase investment in marketing this financial year. This role will focus heavily on social media, content creation, and events, helping to elevate the brand's presence across the UK and Australia. You'll play a key role in producing social-first content, managing channels, and helping to build a strong and consistent brand voice. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter who enjoys producing content, spotting trends, and taking ownership of social channels within a growing and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Own and manage the content calendar across both UK and Australia markets
- Produce short-form video content (social-first, iPhone-style)
- Create carousels, video content, and podcast content
- Support influencer and creator-focused marketing content, showcasing how brands work with creators
- Manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence, including writing and scheduling posts
- Support the delivery of quarterly events, including brand breakfasts and panel discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent content pipeline
Content & Marketing Approach
- Strong focus on video and social-first content
- Balance of high-quality output and consistent content volume
- Written content can be briefed to internal writers, so the focus will be content ideation and production
- The internal team is comfortable appearing on camera, enabling collaborative and authentic content creation
