About the Role:
As Analytics Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital analytics strategies to better understand user behavior and improve campaign effectiveness. Working directly with the Performance Director, you\’ll ensure the agency delivers high-quality data insights, reporting accuracy, and strategic recommendations to clients.
This is a hands-on role, with ownership of analytics implementation, tag management, and cross-platform reporting. You\’ll also be managing an offshore analytics specialist, so experience overseeing remote team members is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytics implementation and reporting for client campaigns across various sectors.

Own GA4 and GTM setup, configuration, and advanced tracking solutions (events, engagement, consent mode compliance).

Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports in Looker Studio (and other visualisation tools).

Provide strategic insight to improve marketing performance and user journeys.

Collaborate closely with internal teams across creative, development, and media.

Manage Jira tickets, task allocation, and delivery timelines for the offshore analytics specialist.

Troubleshoot tracking and tagging issues and maintain data integrity across sources.

Act as the go-to analytics contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
What You\’ll Need:

Experience in an analytics-focused role within an agency or digital marketing environment.

Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and web analytics tools.

Experience in consent management and tracking best practices.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to clearly present insights to clients.

Proven success managing data dashboards, KPIs, and campaign metrics.

Some experience managing remote team members is a plus.
