AI Revenue Operations Manager

AI Revenue Operations Manager

Full-Time On-site
S

Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Per Week in Office, incl. 1 Day in Sussex)

The Exciting Bits

Join an established, multi-award-winning SaaS business whose people management platform frees small and medium-sized businesses from time-consuming HR admin, so they can focus on their people and build strong company cultures.

Part of a wider international software group, the business is putting practical AI at the heart of how it works, connecting AI-enabled tracking, automation and business systems so teams can see what's happening, understand what matters and act at the right time.

  • Brand-new role with the freedom to design and build the revenue operations function from the ground up
  • Put AI and agents at the centre of how the business operates, with real influence over how they're used
  • Real autonomy and room to innovate, with a low barrier to approval for changes
  • Sit at the intersection of Finance, Partnerships and Customer Success, working closely with senior leaders
  • People-first culture built on care, ownership and honest communication
  • Flexible hybrid working with core hours, plus a dog-friendly office
  • 25 days holiday (+1 extra after 3 years), plus your birthday off, and Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve afternoons off
  • Private medical (incl. enhanced mental health, dental and optical cover), Employee Assistance Programme, life insurance, matched pension, 2 volunteering days, and financial wellbeing and retail discount schemes

The Job

As AI Revenue Operations Manager, you'll step into a brand-new role, bringing systems, data and processes together from scratch, and using AI and automation to help the business protect and grow customer value from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building the revenue operations function from scratch, connecting Finance, Partnerships and Customer Success
  • Building, managing and linking AI agents with Claude to automate workflows across the CRM and wider systems stack
  • Taking over administration of the CRM and customer success platforms, keeping them well governed and consistently used
  • Applying territory mapping, tiering and prioritisation to focus the business on the right customers and partners
  • Establishing data standards and a trusted single source of truth for ARR, pipeline, capacity and performance
  • Creating customer health scores and proactive alerts for churn risk, low usage and expansion opportunities
  • Delivering dashboards and reporting to support forecasting, performance reviews and planning
  • Mapping and improving cross-functional processes, and creating playbooks teams will actually use
  • Partnering with senior leaders to turn data into clear priorities and decisions

About You

We're looking for a hands-on builder who loves connecting AI, systems, data and people, and can confidently balance competing priorities across the business.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in AI operations, automation, business systems, Revenue Operations or a similar systems-focused role, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong, hands-on Claude experience, ideally including recent experience building, managing and linking AI agents, as this will sit at the heart of the role
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering HubSpot
  • Experience with Planhat or a similar customer success platform (preferable)
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Google BigQuery or Google Sheets (a plus)
  • Experience building reporting, dashboards, health scoring, alerts or operational insight
  • An understanding of territory mapping, tiering and how to prioritise
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without formal authority, read the room and focus on what matters most
  • A strong grasp of customer lifecycle and commercial metrics, including ARR, retention, churn and expansion
  • Someone who enjoys building and fixing, rather than maintaining the status quo

If you're excited by the chance to build something from the ground up, with the autonomy to shape how a business uses AI, data and automation, we'd love to hear from you.
