As Account Assistant, you'll support Account Managers and Executives in the day-to-day running of client accounts within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating campaign delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high standards across creative and operational processes. Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder & Client Support
- Assist with day-to-day client and agency communications via email, Teams, and meetings
- Support campaign delivery updates and project status reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal teams across strategy, design, development, and operations
- Driving DCO Strategy
- Develop an understanding of the media and creative landscape and how agencies collaborate
- Support briefing internal teams and sharing outputs with clients
- Help deliver high-quality, efficient client servicing across campaigns
- Quality Control & Commercial Support
- Conduct thorough quality checks across creatives, presentations, and reports
- Support post-campaign checks and performance documentation
