TikTok Shop Growth Associate | Scale-up

This is a rapidly growing international consumer brand that's built an impressive presence through social commerce and creator-led marketing. As the business continues to expand globally, they're looking for a TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own and scale their creator strategy across either the EU.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy, where you'll be responsible for growing a high-performing creator network, driving commercial performance through TikTok Shop, and continually testing new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and revenue.

A bit about the role

• Build and grow a network of creators through gifting, affiliate partnerships, paid collaborations, and product launch.
• Plan promotional activity and support key product campaigns throughout the year.
• Work closely with commercial teams to ensure creator activity drives sales and business growth.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of creator campaigns and product seeding.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Test new creator acquisition strategies, campaign formats, and partnership mode.

A bit about you.

• Fluent in English AND German or French.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop creator or affiliate programmes.
• A good understanding of influencer marketing and social commerce.
• Strong commercial awareness with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for testing new ideas and driving growth.
