Solutions Architect – Ad Tech | £100K-£130K + bonus + equity | Hybrid (London, 2-3 days/week)

Our client is a fast-growing AI-driven technology business powering custom data and modelling solutions for global advertisers. Their platform connects directly with client data, tech stacks, and goals to deliver bespoke, transparent outcomes – from clean room integrations to algorithmic decisioning and performance measurement.
They are building out a lean UK team and hiring a high-impact Solutions Architect to sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and engineering. This is a rare chance to shape go-to-market strategy, technical delivery, and product evolution in a business backed by top-tier investors.
The Job
- You\’ll partner with sales and leadership to scope and deliver custom technical solutions for advertisers and enterprise partners.
- You\’ll lead discovery, integration mapping, and technical storytelling – helping define what\’s possible across APIs, data sets, and modelling.
- You\’ll act as a technical bridge between the client and internal data science/product teams – fluent in the language of both commercial outcomes and technical constraints.
- You\’ll contribute to shaping the UK offering, helping define local needs, new use cases, and scalable delivery models.
- You\’ll be client-facing, highly collaborative, and trusted to think on your feet
You
- 5-7+ years in ad tech, data/AI platforms, or technical consulting (SaaS, martech, programmatic, or similar).
- Comfortable with APIs, SQL, and ideally some exposure to Python or JavaScript – not coding day to day, but able to understand how things work.
- Deep understanding of the UK ad tech landscape – identity, privacy, clean rooms, data strategy.
- Client-facing, solutions-led, and commercially curious – confident partnering with sales and product to shape strategy.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-trust startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in product, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
- Exposure to EMEA data/privacy regulations.
- Agency-side background if combined with technical depth.
