The Role
- Manage daily client communications, ensuring smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Lead client meetings, present social work, and report on performance.
- Align all content with brand tone, audience, and goals.
- Build and monitor weekly reports via Brandwatch.
- Support in developing tailored social strategies and content plans.
- Identify content opportunities and track trends for client relevance.
- Manage social channels (IG, TikTok, FB, X, Threads, etc.) and brief in assets.
- Write engaging, on-brand social copy and manage communities.
- Capture and direct mobile-first photo/video content.
- Confident in light editing and resizing content for multiple platforms.
About You
- Proven social media experience, ideally in theatre or entertainment.
- Skilled in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Confident capturing content for social, using mobile or camera equipment.
- Interest in theatre/entertainment and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Strong communicator with excellent copywriting and grammar skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven in fast-paced settings.
- Active across major social platforms and online communities.
- Comfortable with admin tasks and Microsoft Office tools.
