We are hiring a Creator Success Lead to join a fast-growing digital agency operating across the UK and US. This business works at the intersection of talent management, social media growth, and digital marketing, supporting creators to scale their presence across platforms.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role at the centre of the business. You will act as the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and set up for long-term success. You will also play a key role internally, acting as the voice of the creator and ensuring delivery teams are aligned, responsive, and executing effectively.
Role overviewYou will own the end-to-end creator experience, from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management. You will be responsible for maintaining strong communication, protecting creator satisfaction, and ensuring retention through structured processes and proactive support.
Key responsibilities- Lead onboarding for new creators, ensuring a smooth and structured integration into internal systems and ways of working.
- Manage offboarding processes professionally and in line with internal standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for creators, managing queries, requests, and ongoing communication.
- Maintain regular check-ins via calls and messaging to track progress, alignment, and sentiment.
- Coordinate across internal teams, ensuring requests are actioned quickly and efficiently.
- Provide weekly task plans, progress updates, and performance summaries to creators.
- Identify and resolve issues early to prevent escalation and maintain strong relationships.
- Report on creator feedback, performance insights, and sentiment to leadership.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure consistency and quality of execution.
- Support broader initiatives aimed at creator wellbeing, development, and long-term growth.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
