A fast-growing, social-first digital agency working with creators and influencers across the UK and US is looking for a Creative Lead to drive content performance at scale. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of content, strategy, and execution.

You’ll own the creative direction for top-tier creators, generating scroll-stopping ideas, leading a small team, and turning concepts into high-performing, monetised content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What you’ll do:
