We’re working with a leading creative agency specialising in sport, culture and experiential marketing, creating social-first campaigns and content that genuinely connects with fans. They’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of social channels, lead day-to-day content output, and help shape how major sport and lifestyle brands show up across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be both creating content and driving social execution, working closely with creatives, strategists and production teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and grow social media channels across brand accounts
  • Create platform-native content (TikTok, Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.)
  • Capture, edit and publish content from shoots, events and activations
  • Develop and deliver social content plans aligned to campaign activity
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring ideas to life for social
  • Write engaging captions and support tone of voice across platforms
  • Track performance and use insights to optimise content
  • React to trends, cultural moments and live opportunities in sport

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio or examples of social content you’ve created/managed
  • Confident shooting and editing short-form video content
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms
  • Experience in agency, brand or fast-moving content environments
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative instincts for storytelling
  • Passion for sport, culture, entertainment or lifestyle brands
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working at pace

  • Editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
