We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join the organic social team of a growing creative agency. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious social media professional who is looking to progress into a Head of Social role within the next 1-2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies across multiple client accounts, with a focus on property and B2B sectors.
  • Lead content planning and campaign execution across key platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Generate fresh creative ideas and contribute to pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation to ensure strong results.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, helping to grow and develop the organic social team.
  • Take a hands-on approach when needed, including content creation support, shoot attendance, and campaign delivery oversight.

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior social media role within a creative, digital, or social agency environment.
  • Strong B2B social media experience is essential; property sector experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success managing LinkedIn and Instagram strategies and campaigns.
  • Confident leading client relationships and presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Natural leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress into a future Head of Social position.
