Senior Social Creative
Senior Social Creative – Media Agency – London (Hybrid) – £70-75k DOE
The Agency
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Creative to join our innovative team at one of the UK's leading network media agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision for social media campaigns, developing impactful concepts, and driving the strategic direction for some of the biggest brands in the industry. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the creative output is fresh, on-brand, and aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Conceptualize and produce innovative content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement
- Manage and mentor a junior creative, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and client teams to deliver high-quality social assets
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep creative work relevant and cutting-edge
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of social content, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and campaign goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative based on insights and data
- Present and pitch creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Creative or Senior Social Creative, ideally within a media agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media content, video production, and digital design
- Expertise across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or other creative tools
- Experience in leading creative teams, managing multiple projects, and working directly with clients
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn client briefs into compelling creative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
