About the Role
We're working with an award-winning creative social agency that's looking for a talented Senior Social Content Creative to join its growing studio team. This is an exciting opportunity for a social-first creative who thrives at the intersection of design, motion and content. You'll work across a portfolio of high-profile brands and talent, creating engaging social content that resonates with online communities. The role combines hands-on creative production with the opportunity to shape visual direction, contribute to creative strategy and mentor more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction across a portfolio of social clients, helping define and evolve visual identities.
- Develop and maintain social templates, creative assets and style guides.
- Create engaging social-first content across static, motion and vertical video formats.
- Analyse content performance and proactively recommend creative improvements.
- Present creative ideas internally and directly to clients where required.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and contribute fresh creative thinking to campaigns.
- Support new business pitches with creative concepts and visual direction.
- Mentor junior creatives and provide feedback on creative output (where applicable).
- Collaborate closely with strategists, account managers and the wider creative team.
About You
- 3-4+ years’ experience creating social-first content within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Excellent design, motion and video editing skills.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating visual identities, social templates and brand guidelines.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, content optimisation and performance-led creative.
- Confidence presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior creatives (desirable).
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and strong social storytelling.
- An interest in using AI tools to enhance creative workflows while maintaining high-quality human-led creative output.
