Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and well-connected Senior Production Manager to lead all aspects of their production process. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently handle end-to-end production responsibilities, and has strong connections in France and Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative discipline, strong number sense, and a rigorous approach to quality control.

A bit about the role:

  • Leverage strong relationships with production factories in France and Italy.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle: development, sampling, bulk production, delivery, and post-production feedback.
  • Handle all administrative and operational tasks independently.
  • Oversee and reconcile production-related invoices with precision.
  • Track production costs, flag discrepancies, and ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Conduct regular QC checks, coordinate third-party inspectors where necessary.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in a senior production management role in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong network and working relationships with factories in France and Italy .
  • Fluent in English; working proficiency in French and/or Italian is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills; able to self-manage and prioritise without oversight.
  • High numeracy skills; confident in managing production budgets and invoices.
