The Job
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a bespoke marketing effectiveness framework across multiple countries.
- Lead a global Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) program, helping countries interpret results and drive recommendations.
- Manage a marketing test-and-learn program to evaluate and optimise marketing and media strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across 10 markets to improve media performance for offline and online channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing measurement, working with external partners and building business cases.

- Proven experience in MMM deployment and marketing measurement.
- A background in client-side or media agency roles, with strong knowledge of marketing principles.
- Experience working with multiple markets or in an international role.
- Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
